Hey!
I have to go to a work "luncheon" at Fridays today-
I can't find ANY nutironal info online for their menu...
Do any of you have any low- calorie suggestions?
I was thinking of ordering "off" the menu and just getting a piece of grilled chicken and some broccoli?
but...I just wanted to check to see if anyone has any other suggestions! :-)
TIA!

I was just watching the today show and they talked about TGIfridays. They said if you have to eat there to get the cobb salad with honey mustard on the side. They were saying that their Salad with the crispy chicken on the top was as many calories as eating 6 or 7 sugar glazed donuts. They also said that TGIFridays does not give out nutrition info. (don't know that for a fact as I have never looked).
Hope you enjoy your lunch!0 -

If you look in the food database here on MFP you can get some good choices. I ate there the other night and had the Dragonfire Chicken... it was good and was 437 calories. TGiF's actually has several things on their menu that are labeled "low fat" and all of them are under 500 calories.0

It's so frustrating that they don't post their nutrition info. I ate there last week and had the bruschetta chicken pasta. It's not low fat (i think 29 g for a 1 c svg according to MFP's database) but only 293 cals. However, the portion is huge! I had to eyeball what I thought was about a cup. I think they must have regional menus because I only saw 2 low cal/fat items on their menu here. Good luck!0

thanks again girls-
I went with the Key West Shrimp skewers...MFP has the calories estimated at 225 for 2 skewers, hopefully that's close to being accurate.0 -
I usually get their pecan crusted chicken salad without the chicken  and LOVE it. Not sure of the nutrition info on it, but the only "bad" things in it are crumbled blue cheese and the dressing- balsamic vinaigrette.0
