Looking to satisfy that chocolate craving?? Then try these!
Servings: 7
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned oats
1 Medium Banana
1/4 cup Ghiridelli Bittersweet chocolate chip (exactly 50 chips) yep I counted!
1 Tbs Ghiridelli Sweet ground chocolate and cocoa powder (This is what I had on hand. You could also use regular unsweetened cocoa powder or even protein. If you use unsweetened I would taste the batter and add some stevia if so desired.
1 tsp of vanilla
Microwave your chocolate chips for 60 seconds and stir. Continue microwaving until they are melted but stir every 15 second to make sure you don't burn the chocolate. Cut up the banana and put it into the bowl and mash with a fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Drop the cookies on parchment paper and freeze.

Trying these this weekend. Always looking for more opportunities to dump protein powder into my food as I have a hard time getting enough protein, so this sounds fabulous!0
