I everyone. I'm Gerry and I just joined this forum and before I did anything else, I figured I'd stop in, say hi, and get some motivation and friends for this new adventure!
I'm started tomorrow AM, got a ways to go, but I'm ready and I hope this will help.

Hi there, I'm Michelle and I I joined a week ago. I am really enjoying this web site. It is such a great tool, support system, and motivation. I decided I was going to have a cheat night on diet and come to find out I actually stayed in my limits. We all can do this, otherwise we wouldn't be out here showing the world our weakness. I just joined too. Hope you enjoy the ease of it. I'm very impressed with the food database, and having done WW on line before I know it's database never had as much ease as this one has. Good luck to ya!0

hi I just joined too .I feel hungry already. Need prayer and strength to count calories. Seems cool though it is interesting to see the food that has been eaten in a day. I have stayed under my calorie limit but it is interesting that I am maxing my proteins's out. Some of the entries in the food diary that automatically populate seem off. Like my quaker oatmeal it says like 28 g of carbs and it is really only 19. does anyone else think so? Anyway I am Jenner lady and I hope I am here to stay at least a couple of years ...0
