Oh dear!! Go for the lowest number?!0

I'd have a piece of fruit... although it's considered a "sugar" you can never go wrong with fruit. No sodium, often high in potassium, and it usually has fiber.0

Go for protein if your training as it will be the best for your body, more importantly are you hungry? if not dont eat the rest of your calories.0
-
Wow I don't know how you managed to do that- calories under and macro nutrients over. But don't worry about small things they don't matter much. You don't have to eat your 175 calories if you don't want to. You can save your extra calories and eat them some other time.0

More lean protein (turkey is a good one). I constantly hear the MFP's protein count is too low (I hear this because I have the same problem).0
-
I usually error on the side of protein, but you should be fine having whatever you feel, as long as it fits into the calories.0
-
I just wouldn't worry about.0

I think what he's getting at, is the fact that this should be impossible. If you do the math, at 4 cals per g of protein and carbs, and 9 cals per g of fat, it can NOT end up with cals left and ALL macros over!
The only explanation is that one or more of the foods you have chosen are listed wrong in the database.0 -
I do that all the time..Im under cals but over in fat and sodium..I was noticing the chicken i get has alot of sodium in it..Im trying to change my foods around a lil.thats about all you can do..If your under cals and your not hungry, dont eat..Maybe you should lower your cals..This is a hard one.0

I am not really worried about it . I am just trying to find out WTF I could even eat. I am assuming some of the foods have incorrect values saved.0
-
example: Wendy's chili
says 342 cals...
64 carbs times 4 = 256
20 fat = 180
56 protein = 224
so this chili should be 660 calories!
(or the macros are listed wrong and the calories correct)
either way, it's just wrong...0 -
Yeah, if you're not hungry, just skip the last 170 kcals. Otherwise, maybe try some fruits and veggies.0

Ohhh!
Yeah, the database is full of bad info. You've got to be very careful.0 -

I think this is the issue0 -

Yeah, me too. I like to fill up extras on protein which will fill me up faster anyway. But as long as it fits...it doesn't really matter. Calories are for weight loss, macros is for other health issues.0 -
As long as you're losing weig I wouldn't worry so much.... When you plateau (if) you may need to adjust some things, but til then I wouldn't worry!0

MFP isn't designed for "banking" calories.
As to the OP's question, if you aren't hungry, I wouldn't eat anything. If you are hungry I would go for either fruit or protein.0 -
I would pick protein. I have read a lot of threads on here that seem to beleive MFP sets protein lower than required.0
