Hi there, I totally know how you feel. It's discouraging when you put on weight - even two pounds. But don't let that kick you down! My suggestion to you is to drink tons of water. If the weather is bad for jogging, find something else inside that you can do. I'm doing the
30 DS with Jillian Michaels. It will build your endurance, mold your muscles, and even help you lose weight and inches. Don't get discouraged, it just sounds you're in a bit of a slump. Just remember: you CAN do it! Best of luck!0 -
thanks for your reply....where did u get the workout from !!!0

You can find 30 Day Shred at Best buy, walmart, meijer, etc etc. Its a pretty common workout. I just went to best buy yesterday and bought a ton of her dvds because while I love her workouts 30 day shred was too repetitive for me. So I'm just going to do a Jillian Michaels workout every day0

Btw if you're trying to lose weight, you should probably take yourself off of maitenence. AND I know you've said you've been on maitenence for a few weeks so did you go straight from losing weight to maintaining? If I were you, (I know this doesn't sound ideal), for 1. I'd start tracking my sodium. 2. When I start maintaining I was going to slowly build up to my top level of calories. Like for 3 weeks add 100 calories, next 3 weeks add 100 more etc, until you're at what MFP says. I read an article saying that those people who have lost weight will always have to eat less calories than those who haven't lost weight. Sad I know but at least you have those tests of 3 weeks to know where your body says "Whoah we have extra calories, lets pack those on." So you know where to stop. Plus it takes 3 weeks for your body to create a habit. Hope this was helpful. If you want to add me, plz do so.0

Without being able to see you food/exercise diary it is pretty much impossible to give comments. BTW a 2 pound weigh change is well within normal changes for a day which can be as much as 4-5 pounds.0
