are you after low calories or nutrition?

Red Rooster has the classic roast which is 1/4 chicken with veggies - peas, carrot, pumpkin, corn, gravy I think it is. It may not be low calories but is relatively healthy.

Go online and check out the menus of your restaurant choices. If they're local and you don't have menus with calories online, go to a national restaurant that has similar items. Decide what you want before you go. That way, if you really want something and decide to overdo, it'll be a decision and not just an "oh well".

Have fun! I'm a firm believer in these occasional treats.

I always have chicken tikka shashlick (with onions tomatoe and peppers) ask them to do it in the tandoor with no oil. I have boiled rice and salad and mint yogurt and a bit of mango chutney its beaut and I have still lost weight each week after having it x

    Hi!

I see you are in the UK. Good choices are Nandos (YUMMY!). Also, we have chinese pretty much once every week and chicken and mushroom is 258 cals, and boiled rice is 406 cals. That's what I always have and stay under for the day. I'm having it tonight infact! Whatever you have, enjoy!
