Sorry guys and gals, I have no clue how to post photos in here but here is a link to my before/after side by side photos. I started a size 24 & 245 pounds and I'm now a size 12 & 182. I have another 25 or so to go, but I'm happy with my progress so far. Ten months makes a difference
