So for kicks what are you eating for breakfast or what did you had for breakfast?...Me I'm eating 3/4 egg whites and 1 cup of homemade pinto beans ....

that sounds really healthy! i had a piece of whole wheat toast with 1 tbsp of peanut butter and a cup of coffee with sweet n low and I'm already at 200+ calories. boo!0

Good morning! I had a whole wheat roll with a fried egg (with Pam) and a slice of reduced fat cheddar.... with coffee. Needed some protein as my husband will have me helping with yard work soon, LOL0

Just did JM Banish Fat DVD and finishing 1st bottle of Water
Lunch~ Spinach Salad with chicken and Roasted Red Pepper Italian Dressing and Watermelon. Oh, and my beloved Green Tea!0 -
For breakfast I had an Equate Ultra Weight Loss Shake, Creamy Milk Chocolate. I had Cheerios last night and didn't want to eat that again this morning.
I'll have some carrots in about another hour. Definitely need to go grocery shopping!
For lunch I think I'll be at Subway again. Instead of the Oven Crisp Chicken I'm going with the Oven Grilled Chicken and will add the Apple Crispz.0 -
