Sticking with it!

I've done diets like this before but after about 3 weeks lose my motivation, any tips for sticking with it??

    keep logging in, read the boards, hear other people struggling and breaking through.... you' aren't alone learn from the rest of us! make friends and remember someone else is watching and cheering you on.... we're all in this together... and it's a lot easier to lose as a group than it is as an individual :)

    Best wishes to you on your journey!! It's hard and it's not always fun, but keep at it. And don't let slip-ups and failures get the best of you...we all have bad days where we mess up! Just start over the next day with more determination to be successful! Once you start seeing the pounds come off, you'll be even more motivated to keep going.
