This is cool, thinking of joining.. I exercise almost every day..
A tip, according to a community "fitness exchange" program I took a few years ago, you can measure anything in "miles" .
15 minutes of moderate effort (enough to be breathing hard) = approximately 1 mile. So, for example if you do aerobics until you start to breath hard and then work for 30 minutes at that level, that would be the equivalent of 2 "miles".
