    I am one too, and it makes me so happy to see there are so many veggie people here!
    So one big applause for all of us, for choosing this HEALTHY and CRUEL-FREE animal friendly lifestyle!
    My decision for 2011 is to go vegan, so please, if you have any advice or tips, or anything, feel free to message me!

    I am not but my neice is. I know I am being nieve but I never understood how she could be so over weight and be vegetarian? She did eat a lot of pizza.

    A very common misconception is that vegetarians are thin or that having a vegetarian diet will help you lose weight. Just remember that these foods are all vegetarian:
    cheese, pizza, french fries, fried veggies, grilled cheese, chocolate, candy, cakes, pies, donuts, ice cream, lots of processed foods, chips, butter, oil, etc, etc, etc......
