Hi all!
I'm a nursing student, just coming up to the end of my degree (my second bachelor's 'cause I'm crazy apparently). I am getting married May 18th 2013 and I am super unhappy with my weight/body at this point in my life. In high school and during my first degree I was always really active (volleyball, basketball, lacrosse, judo and baseball) but since I've begun my nursing degree, I've found that I have a lot less time. I can't join organized sports or fitness classes because my schedule is so unpredictable, I don't have the money to join a gym.
So here I am. I am trying my damnedest to eat well and keep below my calorie limits and fit workouts in when I can. I like being able to track what I'm eating because it really helps me be aware of what I'm putting in my mouth. I lost ten pounds about a year ago by watching what I was eating and exercising but I slacked off and gained it all back. My short term goal is to lose 10lbs by January (since that's when I'll be starting wedding dress shopping) and the full 20lbs by April 27th (my 26th birthday). Wish me luck!
