Need help to lose weight and increase B12 vitamin

Hi Friends,

I want to lose weight ASAP and also increase B12 vitamin in my body, as i was diagnosed with B12 deficiency.

I'm vegetarian and because of my laziness i hardly go to gym, but now i want to be fit.

Age: 26 yrs old
weight: 100 kg
Height: 165 cm.

Any help regarding exercise and diet will be appreciated!!!!

    I just read that nutritional yeast provides b12 and if you sprinkle it on food its supposed to have a cheesy flavor I just bought some but I havent tried it yet.

    We've made a vegetarian queso that uses Nutritional Yeast and it's quite good

    B-12 vitamins are usually sublingual and just melt under tongue... I take one every day.
    If you are deficit, the dcotor can also do shots once a month --- very simple to correct and very dangerous to ignore.
    B-12 deficiency can lead to neuropathy so you want to make sure you correct it -- didn't the doctor give you a plan to fix it????

    @MissMaryMac33: Yes, I did go for the B12 shots.....but didn't continue..

    Please advise any B12 supplement, fruits, ..etc. Also i need to lose weight......
