So tonight I had very little calories left and I love soups so I got about 3 cups of carrots, 3 cups of celery, half cup of onions added about 24 oz of water let it cook for an hour, put the cooked veggies in the blender and then back in the pot for another 20 minutes or so at the very end I added some Texas Pete sauce to give it a little kick ..... and I ate it all... in my diary I reported just the raw products and Pete sauce is that correct?

Yep, if thats all you put in plus water.... ( no stock?) then what you put in is right...

Yep! Cooking will affect some vitamin content, but calories generally remain the same.

You could also count the water content for your daily water consumption if you want.

ok one thing that I missed is I added a leftover chicken breast that I then removed before I blended it.... how do you count that?
