Hello Everyone! My sister introduced me to this site and I absolutely love it! Some background on me; I lost around 70lbs last year then gained back around 30lbs. Now that being said, my family is renown for not appearing as big as the scale proves, so I really didn't know I had gained back so much weight. After such success I just stop using the scale, so when my 'used-to-be' fat jeans starting becoming the only jeans that fit, I decided it was time to re-evaluate my diet and start tracking what I eat again. I'm excited to utilize this this site!!!

Thanx, yeah I was working out at least 45min of cardio every day but wednesdays and sundays. I've since only gone down to three days a week for at least one hour.0 -
