target weight??

hi everyone i want to weigh about 11 stone thats my target weight , thats when i felt most healthiest and thought i looked quite good !! so what are your target weights ??
also does every one track what they drink ?? i mean 9 out of 10 times i drink water but when i drink coffee or tea during the day i dont track it as i dont drink lots of them

    HI there!!! You must be from the other side of the pond huh =) My target weight is 180....havent weighed that for a long long time!!
    I usually try to drink about 60 oz of water a day, then I turn to sweet tea. But I dont track any of my liquids and still seem to be doing pretty well with the weight loss!!

    Greetings!
    My target weight is 180 lbs. I have 1 pound to go before reaching it, however, I am seriously thinking I need to set a new target of 170-175lbs. now that I am essentially at my target weight.
    I do kind of track water and coffee, definitely juice.
  • I'd say 150 lbs is my target weight.
