My slap in the face...

This week 3 of my girlfriends and I went on a getaway to Arizona to see our favorite hockey team play. At the game we were fans of the game. I looked like I was smothering. Tiny head on big body, muffin top, it was awful. I am refusing to not make a change!!! Today, is the first day of my life. I'm not going to always eat the perfect foods, I am not gonna always get to the gym, I am going to mess up. But, I am going to give it my all. If I fall gonna get up and conqueror it. I am going to need tips, support, friends, and I want to give that back as well. So add me if you want!! I'm ready to do this.

Hey, I know how that feels. I always thought I was good looking but I have struggles to get the weight off after college. Now I have new goal in mind training for the Army National Guard. I want to let you know you have a whole support team and this website has helped me keep track and stay on top of it. Just remember you can't lie to yourself...thats why this works.

Thank you all for such welcoming, encouraging, and kind words. I am determined to make this work. We CAN do this. It takes hardwork and dedication. I have set some mini-goals for the month of November I am going to make the time for a workout 6 days a week at least 30 min a day. I will eat breakfast everyday. I will only allow myself something sweet after my workout on tues and thursday. Those are my goals. Anyone care to share some of their own?0
