What is a closed group? I understand the concept, but I was wondering WHY a group would be closed to accepting new members?

    I could be wrong, but I believe it's because the challenge has already started and it would not be fair to the one coming in .. Everyone else would be further ahead.. NOT SURE THOUGH

    They're usually groups who do challenges together or are in a challenge together. They close the group so that everyone starts at the same time and the moderator or person tracking the challenge won't have to keep adding new people. At least that's why I think they close it.
