            Low sodium foods are better for you most labels will tell you and whole grains are better too . Watch out for products that are enriched white flour as well. Hope that helps good luck.0

            Eggs, uncle bens microwave southwest brown rice, madras lentil chili, spinach, oatmeal, berries, muscle milk, sweet potatoes, amy lu's chicken burgers (yum and from costco), edamame, peanut butter, almonds and pistachios, and fresh and easy tomatillo salsa - you can put it on anything to make it taste better and its so low in sugar for a jarred salsa.0
