  • I love The Hives. And anything Rihanna is a must on my ipod! Blitzkrieg Bop by The Ramones. Anything by the White Stripes. Anything by Jet or the Pink Spiders. Kesha songs are good. Fallout Boys, The Black-Eyed Peas, Taio Cruz, Pitbull, Pink, Good Charlotte.... Just to name a few. ;)

    Love this topic!

    Here's a playlist I'm using now:

    Adele Rumour Has It
    Lady GaGa Boys Boys Boys
    Florence + The Machine Swimming
    Ke$ha We R Who We R
Black Eyed Peas Don't Stop The Party
Florence + The Machine Cosmic Love
    Maroon 5 Moves Like Jagger
    LMFAO Party Rock Anthem
Florence + The Machine Rabbit Heart
    Jennifer Lopez On The Floor
    Justin Timberlake Sexyback
    John Mayer Say
    49 minutes

I have playlist ADD so I change this up every week or two. I pick the order by the beat because I like to alternate (on the treadmill) running with hill climbing and need a slower beat for hills. I will be making a new list tomorrow since I have Florence + The Machine's new one downloaded now. In case you didn't notice I'm rather obsessed with them lol.

I'd love to see your playlist. Mine are so mainstream and I always love to hear about lesser-known singers/bands.
    Thanks!

I love your go-to cardio songs too! Lots of Pitbull and Rhinanna on mine, too. :) My problem is I have so much on the iPod/iTunes that it's hard to find what I want. I get too many songs on the playlist and forget about other great songs I could have chosen.

(Sorry to be a thread hog but I love this topic! I could talk about music all night!)

bump! (always looking for new songs for my playlist =) ) I will always post some songs in the morning FYI tho Rhianna is a must have for any playlist!!
  • These songs keep me going when it gets painful or I get tired. They are not in any particular order. However, I make sure that the song "One More" by Superchick is at the midpoint or 3/4 of the way because it always helps me to take one more step/go one more minute/do one more rep.

    Star Light by Muse
    Supermassive Black Hole by Muse
Map Of The Problematique by Muse
    Help I'm Alive by Metric
Mr. Brightside (Jacques Lucont's Thin White Duke Remix) by The Killers
    Fat Lip by Sum 41
In Too Deep by Sum 41
The Hell Song by Sum 41
Over My Head by Sum 41
Back Where I Belong by Sum 41
    It's On by Superchick

    One More by Superchick
    Hey Hey by Superchick
Bleed It Out by Linkin Park
Hands Held High by Linkin Park
Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park
Start the Commotion by The Wiseguys

I was getting sick of my current songs playlist, so I recently just made a 90s Jam playlist to change it up.

Examples: Baby Got Back by Sir Mix A Lot, Free by Ultra Nate, Gonna Make You Sweat by C+C Music Factory, Good Vibrations by Marky Mark, Jump Around by House of Pain, Rump Shaker by Wreckx-N-Effect, Tootsee Roll by 69 Boyz, Whoomp! There It is by Tag Team & You Can't Touch This by MC Hammer

& then I just downloaded Sexy & I know it by LMFAO cause it makes me laugh :)
  • One more thing , I think that I should add this in. My fav songs are really artistic songs that I love like:
    Anberlin, anything by them
Rolling in the deep by Adele
Pumped Up Kicks by Foster the People
Viva la Vava By Cold Play
So Happy I Could Die and Starstuck Feat. Florida By Lady Gaga
    Move by Mimz
    Glamorous by Fergie
Upgrade You Freestyle by Lil Wayne
    The Real by Nevertheless
Run the World by Beyonce(Im not a fan of her in the least bit but just love the song)
    Hold It Against Me(Britney spears)
