Your body needs carbs to live. Indulging in "bad carbs" on occasion can be healthy for your body and metabolism. Don't worry about it, drink water, you'll be fine0

You just made my life XD Calories in and calories out ultimately are the only hard and fast rule. I could never do low carb, that's why I run, so I have an excuse to eat carbs I love.0 -
You'll weigh in a little higher in the next day or so but it's just water from the extra glycogen storage. wouldn't worry about it.0

Carbs are good, the preferred energy source, why try and keep them so low? As you've already found out, keeping them that low, just leads to cravings.0

If you're on low carb the only thing it would do would be to kick you out of ketosis, so until you get back into it in a few days you might feel pretty crappy and be craving extra carbs. Good luck0
