I'm an angry person which works out fine because I work out best when I've got some anger behind me pushing me a little harder. What are some good workouts that can be done in an angry mood? Besides the obvious of kick boxing and such:l Also know any good metal songs?

    Lift weights. Heavy ones.
  • CrossFit. It's tough, but you meet great people and you WILL get in shape if you simply continue to go. Here is an affiliate in your area...

Turn on Offspring. Jump up and down and do jacks and power jacks. Repeat as necessary until rage subsides.

    ^totally works

Spin class... Any high energy aerobics where you can get some adrenaline pumping music going.
I'm guessing you're not into yoga.

This is how I do it...or heavy bag work in Tabata format. 20 seconds of max effort beating the crap out of something might seem basic...but it takes a bit of motivation lol...doing it 8x in a row over 4 minutes...takes more than a bit...and doing 3-6 rounds of that...is a serious undertaking.

Insanity and TurboFire - especially the TF HIIT workouts. Tons of energy and sweat in those bad boys!
