What's The One Thing That You're Really Struggling With?

Exercising. It's weird. Two years ago I was working out with a trainer and four other women three times a week and having trouble committing to eating right so I was strong but not losing weight. I stopped going after losing my mom in-law and my own mom within six months of each other. Now I'm losing weight and can't seem to get motivated to exercise. I even moved my awesome treadmill into the family room. It would be nice if I could be eating healthy AND exercising at the same time!
I am exactly the same. In the past I have concentrated on the exercise then thinking I can eat whatever I want. Since joining MFP I have concentrating so much on my food, which is great as for the first time ever I am losing weight in just watching what I eat, but am not totally committed to the exercise. Now the winter nights are drawing in I just wanna go into hibernation mode!! So November's challenge for me is to get the two - diet and exercise - to meet. :-)0 -
Finding more variety to eat...I eat the same meals every other day! I need new taste! LOL0
