Hi everyone :).

2 weeks ago i turned 30. And i am 88,4 kg for 162 cm. It means my BMI is 33,68; the highest one of my entire life...

I am not feeling very comfortable about it. So decided to change my life style.

I have a 5 month diet period with a dietician 2 years ago which i lost 16 kgs. I was 68 kgs and that lasted approximately 10 months. Then i started to gain weight again. Of course i have some excuses.

I was a resident doctor in anaesthesiology and critical care medicine; working too hard; eating unhealthy; had big stress in my life but no time for exercise.

My physical condition is ok. No hyperlipidemia or cardiac diseases. I finished my residency 10 months ago. Now i am at a peaceful hospital with cool working hours; started to live in a small town.

I mean; i have a steady life.

Loosing / gaining weight or addiction treatment more spesifically changing life style are really hard times. And i know that people do better with interaction and support by others.

I wish a healthier life for every one.
