First pic is 11/24/2010 as you can see from the date stamp just a few weeks after my grandson was born.

2nd is this morning, we're celebrating my grandson's 1st Birthday today. Please note I didn't start my journey to health until July 14, 2011 so this isn't showing a full year transformation even though the pictures are almost a year apart. What you're seeing is 110 days of transformation. About 37 Pounds and 7 Inches at the waist measured at the navel.

Since I started at 275 I was able to be somewhat aggressive with my Caloric Deficit so I started with a 1000 Calorie deficit. I log everything I eat and I lift weights 3 or 4 times a week.
I also spike once a week. I purposely eat above my calories so that my body knows it isn't going to starve.0 -
