Minneapolis Coworker Motivator

I was introduced to myfitnesspal by a wonderful coworker in Minneapolis. The time she took to get me started has already made a huge impact. I cut my calorie intake in 1/2 yesterday, drank twice as much water and just came back from a beautiful morning walk around the neighborhood.

This site is soooo easy to use, and the right price in this tough economy.....THANK YOU!

    thank you and best effort to you to!!!! Last night I had to make some tought choices but made it through. Rewarded my choices with a nice hot bubble bath....bet you can relate living in the Dakotas!
