Hi, I am bran new to weight loss in general. My mother-in-law told me about this site and I thought, "why not". It is so amazing, easy to use and I can't believe what I have been eating!!! It has REALLY opened my eyes. Now I understand why I can't lose weight duh! I am finally optimistic that losing weight might be reachable with this new great tool.
Unfortunately I find myself wanting to eat something just so I can "play" with my new app lol
Does anyone have a website that has lots of good low-fat recipes that the whole family will love? We love to cook and try new things all the time. I don't want to have to be bland and boring.
