Today is my 55th Birthday. And I am going to give myself the gift of accountability.. I am the only one that can do this for myself. It helps alot having the support this site provides. I want to be successfull this time. No more excuses. Just hard work and taking one day at a time. I am so tired of feeling bad about myself. So for my 56th I will be fit and in shape.
