My name is Rivka from FL and I just started my journey to release 160 pounds.

I'm already enjoying reading about the different experiences and learning from them.

    Good luck on your journey! What part of Florida are you in? I lived in Ft Lauderdale for 8 years before moving to Chicago.

    Glad you like that!! They way I see it these calories are just trapped here. That's all. I just need to let them out to make my joints and back happy.
