I am totally stumped. Not sure if I should buy something for my husband as I would just salivate watching him eat it. So I wouldn't mind knowing the answer to that also. I know bunnies eat carrot sticks but I think we want to know about the chocolate.
Happy Easter (I lost another pound so now I am down 10, yipee!!!!!!!!!!)0 -
You should see all the candy the Easter bunny is bringing my child. I'll just watch him get a suger high lol.0

I will try not to eat any. Got the kids candy I don't like so I'm sure that will help.0

I bought one bunny per child, and the rest of the basket is filled with makeup, bubbles, movie tickets, skipping ropes, DVD's, video games, stickers, playdoh...get the drift I think  , I hide plastic eggs, with loonies inside...the kids get their chocolate fix and I don't worry about snacking because with only one bunny they ain't sharing! We also do a pinata for the neighbourhood kids, but fill it mostly with party favours of the non candy variety.0

My girls don't eat much candy b/c we won't let them so... there are still Halloween candies left so we will be using those to fill the eggs and add some to their baskets.0

I refuse to buy my kids any chocolate. I know that might sound like a "mean mom"....but its better to not get them started on something that may hurt them in the long run. I buy gummies, jelly beans, and toys or clothes for Easter instead of all the really bad junk foods. For me, personally, Im not that big on chocolate anyways...so this isnt a big deal for me. IF I were to break down Id reach for a 3 musketeers.

I was looking at the calorie content on some chocolates I bought for my husband and I think I could do it. I nice sized egg is 80 calories so I think I might get to eat one. Then he bought me some but they are over the top so I think I will let him eat those ones. As long as I know what the calories of things are, I seem to be able to do what I want and still eat well. My problem before joining this site was just eating too much of everything. Having seconds when I didn't need seconds. I can't even imagine the calories I used to eat. Maybe 3,000 a day or something. Maybe more.0
