Hoping this works..did the img thing ..anyway..if it DID...from End of April to End of Oct..from 210 to 160 ..still got a way to go..but oh I feel better ..stronger..The one thing I learn though ..you cannot do it alone..with out Curves..MFP and my amazingly supportive kids..I would be lost!!
