    I just saw on the news that some elementary classes around here are having all the kids use exercise balls as chairs! I think it's awesome!

    I also think its a great idea and if I still worked as a respetionist I think i would use it.

    I want to get one. For the past two days, because of my cheap chair, i've been having back pain (slight scoliosis) that today has radiated to causing numbness and tingling in one leg. I wonder if the fit ball is good for that.
