Hi Guys,

Been on the myfitnesspal app on and off over the last year.

The last 4 weeks have been amazing! I have lost 5kgs, and feeling awesome! this App has helped me watch what I eat and encourage me to exercise a lot more.

One thing I can say is that I feel amazing! I am a crohns sufferer, been on all soughts of medications and diets, but this app has helped me lose weight and I am eating alot more fruit and vegetables.

Look forward to meeting more of you guys :)

    Hi Guys,

    I recently joined and love this site. I have lost 80 pounds on my own after having children and have kept it off for five years now. I did it through working out and lifting weights and watching my carbs. I found though, I was driving myself nuts and binge eating because I was being so restrictive..... so I am trying a different approach by counting calories versus carbs! I run about 25 miles a week and try and do some strength training 3 days a week. I have been tracking my calories and don't always get to 1200 a day!!! I think this is a healthier way to live life and not be so restrictive.
