Hey, I have no idea what to do other than track my food intake with my ipod. lol. My name is Kaitlin and I'm 18 and 250lbs and I want to be 140 by next year. Anyone want to be my friend? :) I'll totally incourage you and your goal if you help me too. :D

    I'll add you. I log in every day and am pretty good about responding to statuses and such. I need the support too. My short term goal is 50 lbs, which I am doing 1 at a time. I would love to hit 100 some day. We can do it!

    Feel free to add me. I'm following a keto diet with exercise (mostly want to finish www.c25k.com - I'm on week 5). My long-term goal is around 140. I started at 230 and now at 216. I hit 199 about a year ago and regained after a move and so on.. this time my main focus really is the exercise so the weight loss is slower, but the inches drop is faster.
