Suffering ENS (Empty Nest Syndrome) but now have me time

 Now that the children have left home I have so much me time that it is long overdue that I get my health and well being back in line. No more excuses the time has come to start a new chapter in my life the first step was easier than I thought with finding this site it has everything at my finger tips. I have started to educate myself regarding some of the foods I avoided thinking they were bad for me only to discover I had it all back the front. So here goes ready or not look forward to chatting and getting hints and help along the way and I will do the same. Bring it on.

My baby is a Senior in High school so I am anitcipating this. However my oldest is back after graduating and is in Law School but he is not around as much anyway. Still as they have gotten older I have spent my extra time on getting healthier. Welcome to MFP. If you need some support add me.
