Do you take your measurements? That might make you feel like you're slimming down

Have you tried taking measurements? Sometimes that can give a much better clue as to how you going and can be a real boost.

Hey there,
I know when Iost my first 20 pds everyone noticed but me. Usually we don't see it b/c we look at ourselves every day. Are your clothes getting looser, losing inches? Maybe you should also take your measurements/buy smaller clothes so that you can "observe" your results? Congrats to sticking to cal limit....I wish I could do that. You're doing something right obviously. Keep pushing forward because YOU deserve to be your best u.

I would definitely take your measurements. I know I felt like I wasn't losing anything 30 days later, but taking those measurements showed a difference. For motivation I know eating healthy, having motivators here and logging my calories in helps me soo much.0
