Hello out there!!!
I'm 29... Stay at home mum of 2 (19months & 3yr old) boys. Tried or trying everything to get back to pre-babies.. but keep failing as I get dis-interested, or am just having 'one of THOSE weeks/days!! Hoping that this will keep me on track!!
One saying that has stuck with me is - 'It's not about motivation, it's about habit'. And this is SO SO true!!!

Its true we are creatures of habit and it takes apparently 3 weeks to form a habit. For some people going back to pre pregnancy weight is a piece of cake for others its just too difficult. I never got my pre pregnancy shape back but I aim to lose weight so I have more energy... so far its been a slow process! This site is great because it stops you putting food in your mouth without thinking about it first
