This is super helpful, I'm trying to figure out all this with calories. It gets so confusing! (But I have started purposely eating exercise calories back, even cardio.)0

I read it and hadn't read it before, and of course it applies to my situation, one of the reasons I continue to track even though I no longer am trying to lose. I wonder if I should go ahead and push it up to 2400 this week....
