    Hi, just wanted to update with my weigh in results today. I lost 2.2! Well on my way to 3!!
    Starting challenge WI, 11/1 173.4
    Current WI, 11/7: 171.2

    omg, 3 pounds will be easy for u!! good job!!

    Good morning Mommies!! So far the weigh ins are looking great! i have ditched the scale until thanksgiving eve due to a naughty relationship that i have with it, lol, but i feel like i havent lost :frown: its a new week though so lets do this :drinker: :drinker: lets focus on moving this week....how many hours will you workout this week? my goal this week is 4 hours of some sort of exercising...i did an hour and 20 minutes yesterday and i have that same goal today? whats your workout plan for the week?

    Well my first month- month and a half of my healthier life style ( I think that sounds better than diet ) I lost only a pd to pd and a half per week. I've up'ed my exercise time per day and it's been coming off faster. I'll make my goal 3pds/wk for the 3 wks before Thanksgiving. May not reach it, but I like the challenge of trying. The fact that I have so much to lose probably affects my weekly lose too. :)

    Ok.. so I sincerely think I need to buy me a scale!! Since moving I have weighed so much less... Will do a weight-in tomorrow and post. Sorry!

    As for everyone else, you ladies seem to be off on the right track! I see some have already hit or almost hit their 3 lb targets.. That's pretty awesome!! Keep it up ladies and we'll all the Sexy Mrs. Clauses by Christmas... lol..

    I didn't lose any pounds this week but I did lose inches cause my 16W pants that I just bought fit me loose...I'm so happy....I guess the 30 D shred is working...you all have a fantastic week...

    I REALLY hope this isnt like the Labor Day Challlenge for me... where i often record a gain on Mondays!! Dang weekends. Happy to say the halloween candy is gone and Im ready to refocus. Started slipping last week and kind of just let myself go. This week, back at it. And to flush the junk, MrsWilson and I are doing a 4 day Vegitarian Diet/Cleanse type thing. Basically Clean Eating, minus the meat dairy and eggs, to flush our body of the garbage. Feel free to check out our diaries all week, they are both open. We are both a little nervous, but excited to see if this is something we may find fun to do every so often. Great job last week Mommies. Lets hit this week even harder. Remember this is a shorter goal period so we need to work extra hard to hit our goals. Happy Monday, now go drink some water!! :drinker:

    Great losses so far ladies!
    -Bhurley we too are probably going to just have some family and friends over (watch the Charger game) and have a little party too. My little man had a rough weekend sleepwise, but seems like he may be gettting back on track ... fingers crossed.
    -I can't remember but someone mentioned Monday weight increases ... I HATE Monday weigh ins. Sunday is my only day off and ineviteably (sp?) I also weigh more on Mondays than any other day. :(
    At least this week it is showing a loss though ... I was 146.1 during the week. But the biggest and best news is my favorite pre-pregnancy jeans fit again (albeit not well, but they fit nonetheless)! Have a great week!

    Hey everyone!!!!! Im excited to get this week going!! Like KristynStephens said we are trying something new this week, im very nervous but excited. Mine wont start til tomorrow as the hubby begged for a dinner we havent had in a while. So ill be doing mine, tuesday, wed, thursday and up til dinner on friday.
