tracking 30 day shred

So, started this work out today (Jillian I hate/love you) and not sure how you would go about tracking it. I'm sure someone has asked this question before but..... Any ideas?

    I bought a heart monitor and manually track what I burn from it.. I have the polat FT7 HRM, LOVE IT!!!
