I am looking into getthing my personal training certification. For all the cpts out there, who is your certification through and why did you choose that?

I am considering American College of Sports Medicine.

    I'm AFAA certified. I went with them because the weekend workshop was only 45 min away and it is an accepted certification pretty much everywhere. :bigsmile:

    A.C.E. It's accepted by practically every gym facility (along with AAFA, ISSA, NASM and others).

    I did NASM - also very widely accepted and one of the best ones out there. It's self study, then you have to go to a facility to take a test. They have a lot of continuting education options as well.
