    welcome!.... I've tried other sites as well off and on over the years... but this is by far the best and most supportive.... there are lots of new people every day and lots of old timers...people looking to lose weight, gain weight and maintain... it's all about US in here.... and we've been waiting for you :):flowerforyou:
