Oatmeal is always good for you IMO. If it fills you up for breakfast I think you're fine to keep going.0

I love these! I have them multiple times a week! They do have a pretty large amount of sodium, but it's all about balancing!!0

I love toast with cottage cheese and egg whites with ketchup . Yum!0

I eat them almost every morning with a tablespoon of peanut butter. I used to hate eating breakfast but now I love it(: they're definitely working for me!0

It's good because it has extra fiber and less sugar than the "regular" packets of oatmeal, so that's why they call it "weight control". But I suppose plain oatmeal would be "better" if you don't care about the flavor and the extra fiber. My favorite is the Brown Sugar/Cinnamon.0

Oooookay, I'm going to have to ask you to share your recipe and nutritional stats on that. B/c I straight-up love me some ketchup. That's warm fuzzy feelings from my childhood.
OP, I'm super-lazy with breakfast. I usually pop a Smart Ones Breakfast Quesadilla in the microwave. It's 230 calories, has a little bit of cheesy eggy goodness to it, and is like 12g protein. Works great for me since I'm not usually up for cooking in the morning and need something I can eat in the car.0 -
I eat them for breakfast and lunch I love them so much!0

Ugh I bought those by accident once and couldn't finish the box, so I can't get on board the with the love, but I do really like having real oatmeal (quick oats) in the morning with berries and cinnamon/nutmeg. Delicious!0

I use the regular Quaker Oat emal. Stir in some fruit. I stir in frozen bleuberries, or any other fruit I have in the freezer. It is great. Less sugar and sodium. I also like 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 2 TBS, sppon of salsa. Nice snack0

My staple for breakfast is a 3 egg omelet with spinach and just a little bit of cheese...370 calories and no hunger until lunch time.0

Yes, if we don't get a recipe reply here, I'm gonna have to start a thread demanding the secret formula. LOL0 -
Kashi Go-Lean packets are really good. As is the oatmeal I make myself.0

I love oatmeal in the morning!
If I'm not having that, I cook up an egg and 2 Yves veggie bacon slices (25 calories and 1 gram of fat per slice) with a weight watchers bagel.
Or boiled eggs from the night before.
I think breakfast is my favorite meal of the day xD0
