So we are coming down to our last week in our 1st month! It's great to see so many brides to be working really hard to make their goal!

Last week i gained a pound. But i didn't loose my motivation! I'm jumping back on the wagon this week and i'm really going to try to push myself at the gym and eating!

Halloween -(although fun) to much candy, it seems its like everywhere you turn!

Now Thanksgiving in a few weeks, which is worse! So much food and you always want a little bit of everything!!! :)

I was walking in the mall just this past weekend and heard christmas music, i actually yelled in the store YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! it's to early to hear it. I love christmas it's a great time to get with family you haven't seen in a while! But it's just to damn commercially(i know not a word) I just wish we could make it through one holiday with out having to worry about the next.

Any who!

Goals for the week

1) Stay under calorie goal.

2) 1hr of cardio

3)30min of strength training

Eat a spinach salad EVERY DAY during at least 1 meal.

Drink 6 bottles of water per day (total168 oz/day)

  • Goals for the week:

start C210K!! wahoo! I signed up for a 5 mile race on Thanksgiving, and had already completed C25K (which I thought was wonderful!!).. so I am going to start TODAY. Hopefully running sprints in the beginning to make my mile a little quicker ;).

That is it for my Healthy goals...

I have a lot of wedding goals this week:

The guys clothing, the wedding bands, and cake should all (HOPEFULLY) get checked off this week. :) As long as one of them does I will be happy tho :)
