    Wow awesome, i see you just joined in April and you already lost 10lbs, what's your secrect. I can't wait until I lose 10lbs, for me it's the first 5 that are the hardest.

    Joined in April 08 didn't start working on this til January 09. My weight loss id slow comspared to many here. That's just the way I work. Doing all the stuff right, my body wants to lose at this speed.
    It also is used to alot of physical work. I am very pleased.

    Need to lose 40 at 54! is now Need to lose 30 at 54!!!! Yahoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
