Motivational Tools

I was discussing motivational tools at work today and wondered what people use as an extra boost to keep you on the straight and narrow, ie charts, visual aids? I still have 100 lbs to lose and would like to use something to help show the progress I am making. Someone suggested using lego bricks so it can be adjusted for good/bad weeks which I thought was a great idea but wondered what other people use?
Ideas please...

print off an ad article of clothing that you love and stick it somewhere you can see it all day. When you get down to your goal weight, buy it for yourself in your new size!0

That's some motivation! Can she adopt me? I will settle for $5 a pound.0

I gave myself a reasonable goal to achieve, example 10 pounds. Once I achieve that, I reward myself with something I wanted, it could be anything from a book you saw in a review, or even a pair of boots. It just keeps you motivated to loose that certain goal, and get the reward you set at the end.0
