    Another one that pisses me off is when people use "weight" when they mean to say "weighed"
    ("I weight myself on the scales this morning!")

    Described like this, loosing weight sounds rather unpleasant. I imagine you would have to get rid of that skin keeping all the weight in and set it loose to roam free.

    Then, my second thought was of the Dr. Who episode where they made the fat babies that ran around the city. That weight had been loosed.

    Is it considered rude to correct people on this? It frustrates me so much that I can never even reply to someone that commits this spelling error! I figured it's best not to say anything. (but i always WANT to!)
