    Eek! Looking back at your previous posts and you never make these kinds of typos. Hope this was just from being in a hurry and not from the injury...

    Concussion = brain bruise.

    Yes, seek medical attention immediately.

    Is this really a thread?

    "I just broke my nose. Should I go to a doctor or just see if my neighbor will reset it for me?"

    Embarrassing as it may be, GO.

    I managed to give myself a concussion during an improv comedy practice by falling over "dead" onto a hard concrete floor after committting hari kari with a spatula. Yeah. Try telling THAT to the ER nurse and see if she believes you.

    I put my nose back when I broke it. This scenario is a little different. Of course there really isn't anything a doctor can do either. He'd just tell you to not fall asleep for X amount of hours. I have a little experience in this. (thanks a lot skateboarding...)

    They actually do a lot more than tell you don't fall asleep now! You should stay in a dark, cool rooms, and no stimuli such as cell phones, video games, computer, tv.

    I am okay, thanks (mostly) everyone for giving me a serious reply. I wasn't sure what to do because (as far as I knew) all they tell you is to take it easy. I did end up going to the E.R. and I have a grade two concussion. I am doing a lot better now, my nose is not broken, but I am still quite "fuzzy" in the brain dept. Thanks for replying!

    ETA: they actually told me to get lots of sleep, since it had been long enough after, and not to do anything except sit here. Literally. No reading, no music, no TV, no school, no work, no computer, nothing. Just logged on to let everyone know how I'm doing.

    Glad to hear that you went to the E.R.

    Head injuries should never be taken lightly. :flowerforyou:

    Good to hear you are OK. But now your picture is worrying me because it looks like you're falling over.

    I think she meant she saw the typos and was curious to know whether I was just a horrible speller or if it's a one time thing, lol :laugh: And thank you!
