    Hi...

    I've been on MFP for a couple of years but due to various reasons (some known, some not), I haven't been able to lose any weight consistently and when I do, it doesn't stay off. I'm getting back in the game - or at least, trying yet again.

    As of this morning, weight is 142 - but 2-5 lbs of that may be water weight (TOM) and may change by that much in a matter of days. My goal is to get to 130 and to lose a couple of inches (assuming at least 2 lbs is water, 10 lbs in 7 weeks). I'm 5'1".

    I'll be weighing daily - in part due to TOM and in part to compare weight with diet and see what I need to change (again). I'm going to mostly try to balance caloric intake with exercise.

    I am in! My baby is 8 weeks old and I don't dare weigh myself. I am 5'5" and best guess is 165-170 lbs. I would love to be down to 150 by Christmas. Somebody find me a scale...... ;)

    I'm in =] I'm 5'6 and currently weigh 190.4lbs. Since its a 7 week challenge why not go for 7s? I'll make my goal to be at 183.4lbs by x-mas, and I'd like to lose at least 7 inches total (arms/thighs, hips, waist.) =]

    Let's do im in. Im 5'9 1/2(lol can't forget that half). I actually weigh tomor so I will update my weight then. I been working out with my sister and we are in competition with my mom and aunt so this will keep me on track. My goal is to lose 5lbs by end of the year with the holidays around the corner.
