So I discovered "I cant believe its not butter" fat free version and somehow there are only 5 calories per tablespoon?!?! Its obviously not as tasty as normal butter but its definitely good enough for only being 5 calories and zero grams of fat!! I know there are probably tons of weird processed ingredients in it but I'm not one of those people who really care too much about that. I already ate like half of the tub in 5 days...I feel guilty for some reason!

might have to try that one. I use brummel and brown yogurt spread...0

I admit that the spray is one of my favorite things for over air popped popcorn. I figure whatever horrible stuff is in it isn't really going to kill me on popcorn once and awhile.0

I use the spray also...even take it to restaurants and the movies for my popcorn!:blushing:0

This is actually a misconception. The FDA allows manufactures to label something as calorie-free if it has 4 or less calories PER SERVING. So 5 sprays of I can't believe it's not butter spray has somewhere under 5 calories. The whole bottle in fact contains 900+ calories and over 90 grams of fat. Just FYI. I had no idea about this until recently either. Nothing truly has zero calories except water.0 -

I actually love the taste of it. It's enough to satisfy my butter addiction lol! :drinker:0

On the rare occassions I use butter of any type, I prefer real butter. I think it's healthier to put something natural into my body than to put a bunch of chemicals. If you stop using butter on toast and other things you'll get used to it. I traded butter out on my toast for homemade jam. I traded butter on popcorn out for garlic.0

Yeah, I know right? I used to apply much more liberally than I do now. Now I count out each spray!0 -
i LOVE the 0 cal1orie spray butter too and I used to actually open the bottle and pour it on my food!!! hhahaha until I found out how many calories it actually does have! 5 sprays doesnt satisfy me! I love how the kind im using now (i cant believe its not butter spread fat free) is like an actual spread so i can layer it on thick. Im not addicted to using butter or anything. I was actually fine not using any at all but now that I found this, Im starting to use it a lot since its no low in calories.0
